Service Description
Over a 90 day period, this 10 part intensive explores each facet of the CALM CUES™-Crisis model. Participants will learn terms of engagement in a crisis such as recognizing signs of impending crisis, mental preparedness which must take place to interact with a customer or student whom is escalating or in crisis. This intensive explores each step of CALM CUES™ and how to incorporate each step into being able to use CALM CUES™ to potentially avoid an escalation or crisis situation. Employee safety helps to protect one of your greatest assets and mitigates risk of liability to your organization. Each segment lasts 90 minutes and engages all participants in an participatory activity.
